We here at BellaHara South believe strongly in matching our puppies/dogs to homes that will provide them with a loving and committed environment for their entire lives.  Australian Shepherds, on average, live to the age of 10-14 yrs. so acquiring an Aussie to become a family member is a serious commitment that shouldn't be taken lightly.  We sell our pups (of our own breeding and bloodlines) with a 100% written health guarantee against all hereditary disease and will honor our guarantee according to our puppies contracts.  We want our pups to have the BEST possible homes and we want our clients to be as satisfied as our pups!  Australian Shepherds are a highly intelligent breed, often times displaying human-like personality characteristics and phenomenal problem-solving/deductive reasoning skills.  This breed has often been referred to as "the breed that owns it's owners" because of it's ability to "out-think" it's master or manipulate it's master's behavior.  Because of these traits, an Aussie must receive a high degree of mental stimulation as well as physical activity.  If you don't give your Aussie something to do...it'll find something to do and it may not be to your liking!!!  With all the challenges that come with owning an Aussie, the rewards far outweigh any possible negatives!!!  Once you've owned an Aussie, you'll never own another breed.  They are in a class by themselves- Incredibly intelligent, charismatic, vivacious and breathtakingly beautiful!!!  Their role as companions is without compare!  We are firm believers in the phrase, "If it's not an Aussie, it's just a dog!!!"  This is the greatest breed of dog on earth and we're committed to it's longevity and preservation.  We take great pride in our pups/dogs and what they represent within the Australian Shepherd breed.

As a breeder, we strongly urge all our clients to pursue certification of their puppies/dogs when they come of age.  We generally offer our pups at an affordable price at 8 wks of age with the assurance of a 100% hereditary health guarantee to our clients and we honor our guarantees.  We test our breeding dogs and research their pedigrees to ensure healthy lineage.  We do not publish specifics on our adult dogs (i.e. registration numbers, OFA numbers, etc.) due to internet theft, however, we're willing to impart such information to our dedicated and sincere buyers who have invested in our pups or placed deposits with us.  We're committed to the statement, "Good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good."  Your BellaHara South puppy is fully guaranteed.  As breeders, we're fully committed to providing our clients with the very best.  This is reflected by the fact that we keep individuals from all our litters for our own programs.  Buyers should also understand that a fully trained dog cannot be acquired for $500.  The investment of time and money involved in providing a client with a fully trained dog is substantial.  If you wish to acquire a pup who's fully housetrained, fully obedient with fully developed skills in a specific discipline (agility, herding, obedience, etc.), be prepared to spend $5,000, not $500!  It's simply naive to think you can obtain a dog of the highest quality with maximum skill for a minimum investment.           

In regard to acquiring a puppy/dog from BellaHara South, we expect our clients to be honorable, well-informed and committed to the Australian Shepherd breed whether you decide to purchase a pup for breeding purposes or as a pet.  BellaHara South puppies can be secured via a non-refundable, good faith deposit of $250 toward final purchase.  We will also accept "reservation" deposits for future or pending litters in the same $250 non-refundable amount.  The production of BellaHara South "planned litters" will be dependent on the necessity to fulfill our own showing and/or working needs and the demand of our clients.  Return clients who have already invested in BellaHara pups and other individuals who participate in organizations supported by BellaHara South will receive extra special care and consideration when it comes to the placement of our beautiful babies.  We are very committed to our extended BellaHara family!  All monies for the purchase of a BellaHara South puppy/dog must be received in the form of cash, money order or cashiers check (no personal checks will be accepted).  As breeders, we will also arrange shipping for your BellaHara South puppy for an additional fee.  Upon completing the interview process with us and making a verbal commitment to acquiring a BellaHara South puppy/dog, we expect our clients to honor their commitments fully to both BellaHara South and to their new puppy.  As a result, verbal commitments to purchase must be secured with a deposit/full payment within 5 days  (no exceptions) of said verbal commitment/contract.  Any client failing to adhere to this policy will immediately forfeit their right to the agreed upon puppy/dog and will nullify their right to ever make a purchase from BellaHara South at any time in the future.  We do not invest ourselves so passionately and completely in our dogs to tolerate leniency with broken promises.  Our dogs do not break their promises to us, therefore, we refuse to break our promises to them!
